Juries Have a Mental Disorder

By JBC | May 11, 2006

mescotI know that many of you are upset that Zacarias Moussaoui will not be swinging from a short rope or on the business end of a needle, but that should be the least of our worries. The real problem is with the jurors and with American justice. While many will claim that allowing him to live a miserable life without possibility of martyrdom with Bubba and Threepac in Supermax is a just sentence, others think that his willingness to participate in an evil plan to kill thousands, although possessing too few brain cells to remain out of custody for a charge that millions of average Mexican invaders evade on a daily basis, is sufficient reason to end his pathetic life. I do not disagree with those that think either penalty is fine, as long as he is held accountable for his stupidity and brass. I do, however, disagree with the incoherent and pitiful mumblings of the jury.

Yes, I understand that the defense attorneys said many disgusting things during the trial and after the penalty was announced, but we expect that from this group of scum. There have always been groups of people willing to disparage the government that has protected them and allowed them to prosper beyond their capabilities. However, Americans were once better prepared and educated to thwart the rantings of juvenile radicals. I am not so sure that this is the case anymore.

You only need to read through the mountain of trash pumped out by the jury following their decision to spare Zarcarias’s pathetic existence to see what I am talking about. They really felt for this cold-blooded potential assassin because he had a tough life. He was not nurtured properly and lacked the “village” to raise him properly. They said he had an “unstable early childhood and a dysfunctional family”. He had to endure a “turbulent, deprived childhood”. If every person brought up under these conditions became a terrorist, or at least dreamed like Massaoui, the world would not be worth saving. If you take the comments of these jurors at face value and buy into this new way of thinking, then we should never punish anyone. I am really surprised, after reading these despicable post-mortem comments by the jury, that they were able to punish the poor kid at all.

I do not care why he did it. I only care what he did. What he did should bring hard punishment. I know that it does not go with U.S. law or the Geneva Convention but I still think he chould be killed by being given a total transfusion with pig blood.
